Pinto Bean Casserole
Pinto Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 (29 oz.) cans pinto beans (you can also cook your own beans), 1 medium green pepper, 1 medium onion and 1 (15 oz.) can tomato juice (1 can from six pack), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Brown ground beef and drain.
Put in casserole dish.
Pour pinto beans over ground beef.
Chop onion and green pepper and sprinkle over the beans, pour tomato juice over that, then sprinkle both cheeses over that.
Mix your cornbread according to package and pour over top.
Cook for about 40 to 45 minutes at 350Β°. Delicious!!
