Pink Salad
Pink Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can tidbit pineapple, 24 large marshmallows, 1 pkg. strawberry or cherry jell-o, 1 c. cottage cheese and 1/2 c. whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain the pineapple.
Heat juice. Add marshmallows. Stir until melted.
Add dry Jell-O. Stir until dissolved. Cool.
