Combine flour, brown sugar, melted butter and chopped nuts; mix and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes. Remove, stir and return to oven to bake another 10 minutes. Remove half of the crumbs to be used for topping.
