Pink Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. white corn syrup, 3/4 c. water, 1 c. nut meats and 1 pkg. raspberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook sugar, corn syrup and water until it reaches hard boil stage, 252Β°.
Stir occasionally while cooking.
Beat egg whites and add jello slowly; continue beating until forms a peak.
Add cooked syrup slowly to egg whites.
Beat until stiff.
Add nuts and cherries.
Drop onto wax paper.
To make green divinity, use same recipe only use lime jello.
Very pretty - a real Christmas favorite.
