Pink Delight
Pink Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 large pkg. strawberry jello, 1 small carton cottage cheese, 1 small carton sour cream and 1 large container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Place pineapple in a large saucepan.
Add jello and heat until jello dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Cool slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Pour into mold or bowl.
Chill.
