Pink Cloud
Pink Cloud is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. strawberry gelatin, 3 c. boiling water, 2 c. sliced strawberries (frozen or fresh), 1 large pkg. whipped topping and 1 large angel food cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Allow to cool.
Stir in strawberries and thawed whipped topping.
Break cake into small pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour strawberry mixture over cake.
Place in refrigerator to congeal.
Cut into squares and serve.
(Any flavor gelatin and any fruit can be substituted.)
