Pink Cloud is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope low calorie raspberry jell-o, 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk, 1/4 c. cold water and 1/2 c. canned jellied cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large bowl, dissolve Jell-O according to package directions.
Chill until partially set.
With electric beater, whip until soft peaks form.
Dissolve dry milk in water; gradually add to Jell-O, beating until stiff peaks form.
Gradually beat in cranberry sauce until peaks form again.
Put in sherbet glasses; chill or freeze for sherbet.
