Pineapple Velvet is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin, 5 fluid oz. whipping cream, 11 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained and 1/4 c. almonds for topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve gelatin using 1 1/2 cups water.
Chill until almost set.
Whip until light and fluffy.
