Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1 can crushed pineapple and 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Melt butter over low heat in cake pan 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
Mix in brown sugar; drain pineapple and add to sugar mixture.
Prepare cake mix.
Pour over pineapple mixture. Bake 35 to 45 minutes.
Place serving plate on top.
Let cool a few minutes before turning over.
