Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple slices in juice, 1/3 c. margarine, 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed, 10 maraschino cherries and 1 yellow cake mix, prepared as directed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Drain pineapple.
Melt margarine in cast iron skillet (9 or 10 inch).
Remove from heat, add brown sugar and stir until blended.
Arrange pineapple slices in skillet.
Place 1 cherry in center of each slice.
Spread prepared cake mix evenly over pineapple.
Bake about 30 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
Let stand in skillet 10 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
