Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an moderately easy dinner. In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer the sliced pineapple in bottom of pan.
Put a whole cherry in center of each pineapple.
Pour the crushed pineapple over the sliced pineapple.
Melt brown sugar and margarine together in microwave.
Pour over pineapple.
Mix the cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over pineapple.
Cook at 325Β° for 1 hour or until done.
