Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box cake mix (white or yellow), 1 stick margarine, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 can pineapple rings and 1 small jar red cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large iron skillet, melt margarine; add brown sugar and let melt into margarine.
Place pineapple rings around sides and middle of skillet.
Put cherries in center of each pineapple ring. Mix cake as directed on box and pour over pineapple rings.
Bake at 370Β° until a toothpick comes out of cake clean.
