Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. light brown sugar, 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, drained and 1 yellow cake mix, mix according to package, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

I like baking this cake in an iron skillet.
Put skillet on eye of stove.
Turn on medium heat.
Put butter and sugar in pan, melt and cook 3 minutes.
Add drained pineapple.
Mix cake mix according to directions and pour on top of pineapple, butter and sugar mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Then flip cake out and enjoy!
