Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
Pineapple Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. dark or light brown sugar, 7 pineapple rings, maraschino cherries and 1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt butter, sugar and 2 tablespoons pineapple syrup in oven. Remove and arrange pineapple rings and cherries in pan.
Prepare batter as directed on cake package.
Pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until tests done.
Let cool 5 minutes in pan.
Invert on serving plate and allow 2 to 3 minutes before removing pan.
Serve warm.
