Pineapple Upside Cake
Pineapple Upside Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Preheat oven to 350°.
Heat together the first 3 ingredients until sugar and butter are well melted.
Pour remaining ingredients over pineapple mixture in skillet.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
When cake is cooled, invert on cake plate.
