Pineapple Torte
Pineapple Torte is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs until foamy.
Add sugar; mix well.
Add pineapple; continue mixing.
Slowly add the flour and the baking soda (the mix will bubble).
Pour mixture into a 10 x 15 x 1-inch jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake until golden brown in a 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
