Pineapple Surprise Cake
Pineapple Surprise Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 small box instant vanilla pudding, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 small cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Bake as directed (use layers).
Spread 1/2 pineapple on first layer.
Mix pudding, cream cheese with milk; mix until thickened. Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over top of pineapple.
Position 2nd layer of cake on top.
Cover with rest of pineapple, then rest of pudding mixture.
Frost whole cake with Cool Whip.
