Pineapple Snow
Pineapple Snow is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. orange gelatin, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water and 1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water, drain juice from pineapple and add.
Chill until slightly thickened, add egg white.
Place bowl of gelatin mixture in a bowl of ice and water and beat until fluffy thick and double in volume.
Fold in drained pineapple.
Turn into individual dessert dishes and chill until firm.
