Pineapple Side Dish
Pineapple Side Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 cans (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained, 2 c. sugar, 10 tbsp. flour, 3 c. grated extra sharp cheddar cheese and 2 stacks ritz crackers, finely crumbled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease a large baking dish.
Line bottom of dish with pineapple chunks.
Mix sugar and flour and sprinkle on top of pineapple.
Layer with Ritz crackers.
Add grated cheese on top.
Pour melted butter over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 20 people.
