Pineapple Shrimp
Pineapple Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. pineapple chunks, 3 tbsp. pickle syrup, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. chopped pickle and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup and salt in a saucepan.
Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until clear and thickened.
Add the cooked shrimp and heat through.
Serve on rice.
