Pineapple Sherbet
Pineapple Sherbet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. buttermilk, 2/3 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. white corn syrup, 1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine buttermilk, sugar, corn syrup, pineapple and vanilla. Pour into refrigerator dessert tray.
Freeze until firm.
Remove to chilled bowl; add unbeaten egg white and beat until fluffy. Return to freezer for 20 to 25 minutes or until frozen.
