Pineapple Salad

Made with 1 1/2 to 1 2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice), 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 8 oz. softened cream cheese and 1 c. whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve
Jell-O the hot water.
Add the pineapple juice. Cool starts to thicken; then add the cream cheese and blend with beater.
Add the whipped cream, pineapple and nuts. Chill until firm.
