Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lime jello, 12 large marshmallows or 1 pkg. small, 1/2 c. pineapple juice, drained from can crushed pineapple, 1 c. pecans and 1 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Pour boiling water over jello.
Dissolve marshmallows.
Whip. Add pineapple juice.
Chill.
Do not congeal.
Add pineapple, pecans, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
