Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, 1 egg, 2 heaped tbsp. flour, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain juice from pineapple and add enough water to make 1 cup. Mix sugar and flour together in saucepan and beat in egg; add water and juice gradually.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and mixture boils.
Stir in chunks of pineapple.
Garnish top with marshmallows and nuts.
