Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 envelope gelatin (unflavored) and 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In medium pan, bring pineapple and sugar to a boil for 5 minutes.
Add cream cheese.
Mix until dissolved.
Dissolve gelatin in water.
Pour into pineapple mixture.
Chill until set. Fold in nuts and Cool Whip.
Refrigerate until firm.
