Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can chunk pineapple, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 eggs, beaten and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain pineapple; combine juice from pineapple with sugar. Add remaining ingredients except nuts.
Stir until smooth.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Cool slightly; add drained pineapple and nuts.
