Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime or lemon jello, 2 c. hot water, 25 to 30 marshmallows, 1 small can crushed pineapple and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Dissolve jello in hot water and cut marshmallows in small pieces.
Stir into jello.
Cool slightly and mix in cream cheese. Set aside to stiffen.
Just before mixture is congealed, whip with rotary beater.
Add pineapple, mayonnaise and fold in whipped cream.
Chill until set.
Serves 10 to 12.
