Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple chunks, 6 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs, beaten and 2 c. mini-marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Drain juice from pineapple.
Put in saucepan and heat.
Mix sugar, flour and eggs; stir into heated juice.
Cook mixture over hot water until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool slightly.
Put 1 cup marshmallows in cooled mixture.
Pour over pineapple in a bowl.
Cool thoroughly, then add another cup of marshmallows. Stir well, but gently.
Need not be refrigerated.
