Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes knox gelatin, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 large can crushed pineapple and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring water, gelatin, sugar and pineapple to boil.
Cook for five minutes.
Remove from stove and while hot add cream cheese and cream.
Stir until smooth.
Add pecans.
Pour into mold or decorative bowl.
Chill until firm.
