Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/3 c. cream (can use pet milk), 1 egg, well beaten and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt butter in medium size iron skillet.
Add sugar, mixing well.
Slowly add cream, stirring constantly.
Add some of the hot mixture to the well beaten egg and stir in.
Cook slowly until consistency of custard.
Set aside to cool.
