Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice!!), 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained, 2 c. mini marshmallows, 1 c. pecans and 1 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place juice from pineapple into double boiler.
When hot, add sugar, flour, salt and eggs.
Cook until thick and let cool.
Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture.
Add fruit and nuts.
Mix well. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
