Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can chunk pineapple (save juice), 1 stick butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese and 2 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Flour, pineapple juice, butter, eggs and sugar until slightly thickened.
Let cool slightly.
Add pineapple and cheese.
Use 1 1/2 quart Corning Ware bowl.
Refrigerate.
Will keep several days and is just as good then as when you first made it.
