Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. cream cheese, 2 small pkg. or 1 large pkg. lime jell-o, 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained and save juice (need 1 1/2 c. juice, add water if needed), 1 1/2 c. boiling water and 1 (8 oz.) carton whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Empty Jell-O and cheese in bowl.
Add hot water until Jell-O is dissolved.
Add pineapple juice and beat until cheese is dissolved (use beater).
Set in refrigerator until firm, but not solid.
Add pineapple, nuts, celery and cherries and fold in whipped cream.
Refrigerate.
