Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice), 4 c. miniature marshmallows, nuts if desired, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Take juice of pineapple, mix with sugar, egg, butter and flour.
Boil together until thick.
Let cool.
