Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin and 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix pineapple and sugar together and boil for 2 minutes.
Mix cold water and lemon gelatin; add to pineapple mixture.
Crumble cream cheese.
Keep bowl and beaters in refrigerator before using. Beat milk until stiff.
Add crumbled cream cheese and whipped cream to the pineapple mixture.
Mix well and chill.
