Pineapple Salad
Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can pineapple tidbits, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain pineapple; combine juice, sugar, flour, eggs and butter.
Cook over medium heat slowly until thickened, stirring frequently.
Cool thickened sauce; add drained pineapple, marshmallows and bananas.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
It is also good with sliced strawberries.
