Drain (dry) can pineapple; pineapple.
Bake yellow Jiffy cake mix as directed, using pineapple juice for liquid. Cool.
Mix pudding as directed.
Cream cheese, spread over cake.

Top with toasted coconut. Chill overnight. Keeps well.
