Pineapple Pound Cake

Cream shortening, margarine, sugar and vanilla.
Beat eggs and add one at a time.
Add flour and baking powder.
Alternate with milk.
Add pineapple.
Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Place in cold oven and bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes in pan before removing.
