Pineapple Pie
Pineapple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with uncooked pie crust for 2 crust pie, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In saucepan, cook pineapple, cornstarch and 1/2 cup sugar until thick; cool.
Roll pie crust.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon flour on bottom crust.
Pour pineapple mixture into crust.
Put butter on top.
Cover with top crust; slit for steam.
Bake at 425Β° for 30 minutes.
