Pineapple Pie
Pineapple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz. or 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first five ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with enough water to form a paste.
Add to pineapple mixture and cook until thickened.
Cool and pour into pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip.
