Pineapple-Pecan Salad
Pineapple-Pecan Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin, 1 c. hot water, 1 small can crushed pineapple and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Soften cream cheese.
Blend in orange gelatin, creaming and mixing thoroughly.
Continuously stirring, add hot water.
Cool 5 minutes.
Add undrained can of pineapple, chopped pecans and quartered cherries.
Pour from mixing bowl into wax paper lined flat pan.
Serve, cut into squares.
