Pineapple-Pear Mold
Pineapple-Pear Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 2 1/2 c. orange juice, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice packed), 2 medium pears, peeled, cored and chopped and 6 packets equal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the orange juice.
Stir in undrained, crushed pineapple and remaining orange juice.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in pears and Equal and turn mixture into a 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto a plate.
Makes 8 servings.
