Pineapple Nut Cake
Pineapple Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 duncan hines yellow butter cake mix, 1/2 c. oil (wesson), 1 small can mandarin oranges, 4 eggs and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix cake mix, oranges and oil together.
Mix well.
Add eggs one at a time.
Fold in nuts and bake in three round pans, greased and floured.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 325Β°.
Cool 10 minutes. Then turn upside down on racks.
Cool completely.
Mix together Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple (with juice).
Frost cakes with mixture.
