Pineapple Muffins
Pineapple Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve 2 tbsp., 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine flour and baking soda.
Set aside. Cream together cream cheese and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add vanilla and egg.
Mix. Add dry mixture alternately with sour cream.
Stir in pineapple.
Pour into lightly greased muffin pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Yields 24 muffins.
