Pineapple Mimosa
Pineapple Mimosa is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. pineapple juice, chilled, pineapple juice cubes or ice cubes and 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or sparkling water, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Measure 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 cup juice cubes or ice cubes into blender.
Whirl until foamy.
Add 1/2 cup champagne. Whirl 2 seconds.
Stand 30 seconds before pouring to allow foam to settle.
Pour into 2 or 3 glasses.
(To make larger quantity, fill blender to capacity using the given proportions.)
Makes about 15 beverages.
Pour pineapple juice in ice cubes trays and freeze for pineapple cubes.
