Pineapple Kugel
Pineapple Kugel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained (about 3 c.), 1 c. whipping cream, 4 eggs, separated, 1/2 c. granulated sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, stir together noodles, cream, egg yolks, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir in raisins, pineapple and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into noodle mixture.
Pour into a greased 7 x 11-inch glass baking dish.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until top is light brown.
Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to present.
Give with reheating instructions.

12 to 15 servings.
