Pineapple Icebox Cake
Pineapple Icebox Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs, 1/2 pt. cream, whipped or medium size cool whip and 1 c. nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Roll wafers into crumbs; put 1/2 in Pyrex dish.
Cream butter and sugar; add 2 eggs.
Put on top of crumbs. Whip cream and fold in pineapple and nuts.
Pour over other.
Top with other half of vanilla wafer crumbs.
Refrigerate.
