Pineapple Icebox Cake
Pineapple Icebox Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box vanilla wafers, crushed into fine crumbs, 1 large pkg. lemon jello, 1 large carton cool whip, 1 c. nuts and 1 can crushed pineapple, drained well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare jello according to package instructions.
Let set up partially in refrigerator.
Put 1/2 of the vanilla wafer crumbs on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix jello, pineapple, Cool Whip and nuts well.
Pour into pan and cover with remaining wafer crumbs.
Chill until completely firm.
