Pineapple Icebox Cake
Pineapple Icebox Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg yolks, 1/4 c. cream, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter and 1 c. crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook egg yolks and cream until thick.
Set aside to cool. Cream together sugar and butter.
Then add 2 beaten egg whites, then cooked egg yolks and cream.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Roll graham crackers until fine.
Place a layer of crumbs, then one of filling.
Repeat.
Garnish with whipped cream.
