Pineapple Icebox Cake
Pineapple Icebox Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 small boxes vanilla wafers and 1 small cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain juice off pineapple.
Add lemon juice to condensed milk. When thick add pineapple and Cool Whip.
Crush vanilla wafers and line bottom of Pyrex dish with wafers and layer with pineapple mixture, a layer of waters and a layer of pineapple mixture until all used up.
